Texas Eye Aesthetics is an oculofacial plastic surgery practice that launched in July 2024. We handled everything — marketing plan, brand identity, website, office signage, interior design direction, print referral materials, social media, and an in-person networking strategy built around an active non-compete.

The brand was designed to appeal to both medical and cosmetic patients. The result: $239K in revenue in the first 90 days and over $1M in year one.
